2 Hemispheres is a creative agency founded in 2006 by creative directors Jim Kealy and
Alan Douglas, each with more than 20 years working in the advertising and entertainment business. They lead an experienced and innovative creative team specializing in content strategy, concept development, design and production.
Brand image and brand expression transcends media. This is not a separate service; rather it is part of everything we do. Understanding the brand is critical to the success of any campaign, but more importantly, understanding the audience is paramount to making a connection with them and communicating the brand message.
Commercials were once only the domain of broadcast television. Today advertising finds its way into a variety of screen media, from television and movies to web and place based digital signage. We understand the unique proposition of each, and that each requires a specialized approach to reach customers and properly communicate your message and call to action.
Our commercial work includes spots for major brands, running on in-store networks and broadcast television. For Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report, we looked 35 years into the future to create product placement commercials that also served as an integral part of the film’s story.
We have been involved with countless channel launches, rebrand projects, network and show packages. Our work has taken us to many countries around the globe, including India, China, Singapore, Spain and Brazil. Our worldwide experience has made us good listeners, as well as good communicators. We work closely with our clients to achieve success and it shows in our work that spans from movie channels to general entertainment networks, comedy shows to news networks.
It was a natural step for us to expand our services into digital marketing. This is really where all of our expertise in brand expression, storytelling and content design comes together. Digital marketing allows us to develop unique solutions aimed at specific audiences without restriction to time frame or digital device. Our projects have included direct to consumer, B2B and internal corporate communications.
We have created hundreds of spots for digital signage networks. We have also tackled many of the diverse venues in this industry, from checkout stand to gas pump to vending machine. Digital signage is like no other media and we enjoy the new challenges that it presents. Through strategic thinking and attention to quality and relevance, our focus is always on creating a valuable experience for the viewer.
